THE WEST SUSSEX PRINTING COMPANY
Here at The Printed Word, we pride ourselves on providing you with a highly professional, courteous and quality service. Since forming in 1990 much has changed in the printing industry. To keep offering you the most advanced services in digital printing, we have developed many new services over the years. Still, we have never lost sight of the ethos on which The Printed Word was built – to continue to provide you with the best printing service possible.
MEET THE TEAM
Today, we have 15 staff members and operate from a large base at the Graylands Business Park near Horsham. Our factory unit is fully equipped with the latest machinery, which is why we can offer you such a wide range of printing services. You’ll be pleased to know we believe in equal employment opportunities, and we have a strong environmental policy too.
HOW WE’VE CHANGED OVER THE YEARS
With digital technology comes personalisation. We’ve recognised the need to understand and invest in the right infrastructure to deal with this technology for you. Today, The Printed Word can design, print and fulfil any job for you within the UK and throughout Europe.
THE PRINTED WORD PARTNERSHIPS
Because we believe in investing in the future of printing, in 2012 we formed a partnership with a neighbouring business Unibind UK. Unibind is a UK leader in presentation and binding. Combining our printing capabilities with Unibind UK has allowed us to further strengthen our service offering to you. Together, we can now offer you sophisticated web-to-print services, such as photobooks and yearbooks as well as specialised foil printing and case making products. If you are looking for a UK industry leader when it comes to your business printing requirements , The Printed Word is the printer for you.
The National Association of Funeral Directors
We are now members of the National Association of Funeral Directors. Established in 1905, the NAFD represents the interests of the entire spectrum of the funeral directing businesses – including independent businesses, corporate businesses and major funeral groups – who conduct in excess of 80% of UK funerals every year.
